Job Description:
• Perform interior design assignments including understanding client needs, site measurement, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning and construction documentation.
• Participate in the selection and presentation of floorings, furniture, lightings, etc. Generate finish plans, specifications, and materials selections needed for construction.
• Provide design & execution support, liaison with clients, documentation for the project assignments.
• Prepare 3D perspective drawings, autocad drawings for M&E and detailed drawings.
• Work closely with project managers, external consultants, fabricators and all other vendors.

Job Requirement:
• 2-4 years of interior design and/or interior architecture experience.
• Ability to prioritise and concurrently service multiple projects.
• Pleasant personality with good integrity and strong sense of responsibilities.
• Maintain effective communication with project team members.
• Experience in Autocad, Adobe Suites, Indesign and Photoshop.
• Handle mandarin speaking customers and contractors.
